These terms govern access to the free adult-only entertainment website and its virtual-crystal mini game.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to magicmatchrooms.com and the Magic Match-room mini game. By entering or using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Eligibility and age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms. The age gate is an access-control notice, not an identity-verification service. You must provide an accurate age confirmation. If you are under 18, you must leave the website immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring that access to this type of entertainment is lawful in your location and compatible with any rules applying to your device, workplace, educational institution or network.

3. Free entertainment only

Magic Match-room is a fictional, slot-style mini game provided solely for casual entertainment. It uses virtual crystals that have no monetary value. The website does not accept deposits, process payments, sell virtual currency, provide withdrawals, award cash prizes or create an opportunity to obtain money, goods or services.

6. Game operation and outcomes

Game outcomes are generated by the local game logic and may include random elements. Displayed probability figures are explanatory estimates for the configured demo mechanic, not guarantees for a particular session. Software behaviour may differ across browsers, devices, screen sizes or reduced-motion settings.

We may correct technical errors, reset a virtual balance, change a configuration, remove a feature or invalidate an obviously corrupted local result. Because no real-world value is attached to the game, no compensation is owed for lost virtual crystals, interrupted sessions or altered outcomes.

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time. You may not remove rights notices, publish source assets, create confusingly similar branding or use the materials to train, market or distribute a competing product without written permission, except where mandatory law permits the activity.

9. Third-party services and links

The current front-end is designed to operate without external scripts, styles, images, fonts or advertising resources. If a future version contains a third-party link, that link will be provided for convenience and will not imply endorsement. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Privacy and cookie choices

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Local storage and cookie-related choices are described in the Cookie Policy. Those policies form part of the website information but do not reduce any non-excludable rights under applicable law.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that displayed game information will be free from typographical, configuration or rendering errors.

Nothing on the website is financial, gambling, legal, medical or professional advice. The game should not be used to predict real-world gambling outcomes or make financial decisions.

12. Non-excludable consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable statute. Where liability may lawfully be limited, it is limited only to the extent permitted by that law.

13. Limitation of liability

Because the service is free and provides no real-world rewards, our aggregate liability arising from the website will, where legally permissible, be limited to AUD 100. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other categories protected by mandatory law.

14. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses reasonably caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these terms. This provision does not require you to indemnify us for loss caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of a non-excludable duty.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the website at any time and clear locally stored site data through your browser.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without excluding mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes, but this clause does not deprive a consumer of a mandatory right to bring a claim in another competent forum.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, law or operational requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented reasonably before taking effect where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.

18. General provisions

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a lawful reorganisation, sale or transfer of the website, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the relevant agreement and notices concerning website use, except for any mandatory rights or separate written agreement.
